Peter's Triple Challenge Completed!

Pete has finished his triple challenge and is off to Sri Lanka with the rest of the Ocean Stars team

At the beginning of September, Peter Barton successfully completed the third of his challenges in aid of Ocean Stars Trust. Having already successfully completed the Bournemouth Bay Half Marathon in April & the London to Brighton Bike ride in June, he took part in  the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge walk in September. This is a 26 mile circuit taking in the summits of Whernside, Ingleborough & Pen-y-ghent. The challenge is to complete the circuit in 12 hours - Peter did it in 11 hours! Well done Peter!! He is going to Sri Lanka on the Ocean Stars team visit in October & has raised just over £300 to be spent on projects while the team are there.
