Having followed the yoga workshops during the Teacher Training based on our flagship Child Development Programme our teachers then introduced our 900 + preschool students to basic positions to develop their balance and flexibility.

The Yoga workshop leader introduced our teachers to Super Brain Yoga which is used to improve the cognitive function and performance of children.

Our students have had great fun with Super Brain Yoga.
