Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights with its variations which are celebrated by Hinuds all over the world. It symbolises the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance". It marks the return of Lord Rama after defeating the demon king Ravana, signifying the victory of righteousness.
