One of the highlights of the time in Sri Lanka for the students of Calthorpe Park School is a traditional sports day organised at one of their link schools. Last year it was held at Navalady school. Sac races, egg and spoon races, three-legged races, balloon races bring students together in an international gathering like no other. Lots of laughter is had and lifelong friendships are made between the student groups. Sports equipment brought by the UK students was donated to the SL school at the end of the morning.
