It was so special to have Abdul Basith and Thusanthan join us for our 20th celebration party. Abdul was sponsored through the OST child sponsorship scheme from age 5-18, and is a shining example of how hard work and commitment can break down barriers and enable you to achieve your dreams. He is now a successful entrepreneur and we are so proud of him!
Thusanthan was living in Grace children's home when Dilanee, OST Founder, first visited Sri Lanka after the Boxing day tsunami. Thusanthan remembers that day from 20 years ago well, and OST developed a strong relationship with Grace Children's home, visiting the children there year after year. Thusanthan has also gone on to have a successful career and is currently living in Boston - he makes us proud every day!
Thank you to both Abdul and Thusanthan for making the journey to the UK to celebrate this milestone with us. We are so thrilled you could be a part of it!
