Feeding programmes are now fully embedded in our 31 preschools supported by OCEAN Stars - thanks to our generous donors who make it possible to feed over 1,000 children every single day.
We know that in order for children to achieve any of the Early Years Development Goals, they must first have full tummies and the energy to learn.
As part of our recent innovative teacher training programme, we held a nutrition workshop where the leader gave live cookery demonstrations and shared creative, nutritious meal ideas for young learners. Teachers also learned how to plan effective feeding programmes for their own classrooms.
Healthy children are happy learners - and together, we're making that possible!
