Following the impact of Cyclone Ditwa, Ocean Stars Trust is pleased to confirm the successful completion of our emergency relief response in the Nilaveli area of Trincomalee.
In partnership with Ocean Stars Lanka, we delivered 100 school resource packs to children who had lost their books and learning materials due to severe flooding.
This support was provided following a request from Nilaveli Methodist Church, ensuring assistance reached families who had not yet received aid after the cyclone.
The packs were received with gratitude by the community, bringing relief, encouragement, and renewed motivation for children to continue their education.
We are deeply grateful to our donors and supporters whose generosity made this response possible.
Together, we continue to stand with communities in times of need and help children return to learning with dignity and hope.
