Ocean Stars Trust runs 31 preschools primarily in Eastern Sri Lanka. Every week our students focus on one of the early years learning areas. Last week the focus was on Mathematical development where students were learning to count up to 10 by saying the number next to the corresponding object. A variety of resources were used to make this activity enjoyable for our students.
Around 1000 students attend our preschools . 65 teachers who work at our preschools are looking forward to a residential training coming up beginning of July. Ocean Stars would like to thank Fonthill Foundation UK for funding this innovative teacher training.
