As our 4-day residential teacher training came to a close, the atmosphere was electric-our teachers were buzzing with enthusiasm, clutching their certificates, their minds full of new ideas and strategies to bring back to
their classrooms. The energy was palpable: exhilaration, happiness, and inspiration radiated from every conversation. But alongside the excitement was a bittersweet feeling. After four incredible days of laughter, learning, and meaningful connections, it was time to say goodbye.
The sound of approaching tuk-tuks, vans, and motorbikes signalled the end. Bags were packed, goodbyes exchanged, and the final moments were filled with warm hugs, shared tears, and countless selfies to
capture friendships and memories made.
Though the training has ended, its impact will carry on into classrooms, into lessons, and into the lives of students.
