At Ocean Stars Trust, we support 31 preschools across Sri Lanka and are passionate about creating meaningful partnerships with schools in the UK.
One wonderful example is the link between Saranavabavan Preschool in Sri Lanka and Crookham Infant School in Fleet. Through a recent cake sale, the pupils at Crookham Infant School raised an incredible £380 to support their partner preschool.
Michelle York recently presented the funds, and the students have chosen to purchase craft resources and outdoor games for the children in Sri Lanka-helping to create more opportunities for learning through creativity and play.
