The CPS students and staff were warmly welcomed by the Urani school Samba band. The students then had the pleasure of handing over a sound system purchased with their fundraising. This was a much-needed item for the school that regularly has functions and has to hire equipment each time.
The students then went on to designated classrooms to do activities with groups of students. The UK students have been planning these activities for over 12 months. Masks, various paper plate craft activities, boats and darts were some of the items made by the SL students.
A happy morning was had by both UK and SL students.
