Half of the children were dressed up in different costumes linked to religion and jobs. They each came and shook hands with us. We then read the story, which they interacted with us - counting, small, big, hungry, full, etc.

The children put on the it butterfly wings and did some dancing.

We then coloured the hats, set up the cars, food/kitchen table, an area for threading food and then the cheerio threading activity.

The children were all fully engaged in all these activities.

We finished the session with the Hokey Cokey and the lollipop.

A busy, noisy session, but the children were fully cooperative and had great fun x
